Due to limited space at the Workshop, your reservation is not final until full payment has been made. Your registration fee is not refundable.

Refunds for Cancellations
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received no later than the end of business (5:00 p.m. EST) on May 30, 2008. Refunds will not be issued for any requests made after May 30, 2008. A $75 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received before May 30, 2008.

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time without charge, provided that the same package is being used. Space for specific packages and dorm rooms is on a first-to-register basis.

Faculty and Entertainment
Creative Strings Workshop reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and entertainment at our discretion in the event of an emergency, illness, etc. If any changes are made, Creative Strings Workshop will make every effort to notify registrants and update this Web site with the most up-to-date information. Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.

Cancellation of Event
Creative Strings Workshop reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation or any other reason. If the event is cancelled, all fees collected by Creative Strings Workshop will be reimbursed by check. Creative Strings Workshop is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations, or other fees that fall outside of the camp package costs. There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.

Other Information
You release and hold us harmless from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with Creative Strings Workshop.

You agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
